Yes. The creator of the Aqua Teen Hunger force. He also has an accomplace, Neil Purt, the best drum solo artist you will ever hear. Anyway, Walter (Mr. Melon to you) dreamed of creating an InsanoGym. However his vision faded when he realised that the characters he was trying to kill, were just renting their resident places. His use for transport is his Melon Copter (Above) that Meatwad always points out to the others, but is ignored. Anyway, i drew him because i like his sense of villainny. Also his evil pronunciations.
